Oud Nacré is born from a spontaneous proposition of maestro perfumer Alberto Morillas to Mr Armani, echoing his Perles Haute Couture collection. The fragrance opens with the grounding warmth of a spicy saffron accord. In a masterful play of contrasts, the white-petalled luminosity of jasmine grandiflorum harmonises with the powerful warmth of a precious oud accord. As the scent unfolds, the oud accord is textured with an essence of patchouli from Guatemala with exceptional chocolate facets, exclusively crafted for Armani. At the base, Ambrox adds an addictive depth and intensity. Top notes are Jasmine and Saffron; middle notes are Oud and Patchouli; base notes are Vanillin, Ambroxan and sandalwood.
